At Fusion Kids Center, our gymnastics program offers classes for all ages and skill levels. From crawlers to advanced athletes, every child is guided through age-appropriate progressions that build strength, coordination, and confidence.
We offer a full range of classes including Mommy and Me, Preschool Gymnastics, Recreational Gymnastics, Pre-Team, Non-Competitive Xcel, and Competitive Xcel Teams. Whether your child is just starting or dreaming of competition, Fusion provides the foundation they need to grow and succeed.
Fusion welcomes toddlers to our preschool program! From first steps to 5 years old, there’s a class to best fit your toddlers needs. Preschool classes will focus on tumbling, motor, agility, power, strength, flexibility and balance. They will develop a foundation to continue on into the recreational gymnastics program while having FUN at the same time.
For 15mos – 2yrs old with parent participation. These fun-filled classes focus on hand-eye coordination, large motor development, balance, and body awareness. Obstacle courses, parachute games, and music-based movement activities keep both kids and parents engaged and smiling!
For 3-year-olds, learning to follow directions and try new movements in a fun, energetic environment. These classes introduce basic gymnastics concepts while keeping kids engaged and excited to learn.
For 4-year-old gymnasts, continuing to build strength, coordination, and confidence while refining their listening and body control skills. Classes focus on fun challenges and independent learning.
A great bridge between preschool and recreational gymnastics for ages 5–7. Children start linking movements together and learning simple routines, setting the stage for continued skill development.
A beginner gymnastics class designed for school-age children who are new to the sport. In this class, gymnasts are introduced to fundamental skills on beam, bars, floor, vault, and tramp while developing coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility. Classes focus on building confidence, learning basic technique, and most importantly having fun in a supportive environment.
This class is for gymnasts who are ready to build on their foundational skills. Athletes focus on improving technique, body control, and consistency while continuing to develop strength, balance, and confidence across all five events.
Gymnasts at this level work toward more advanced skills while refining their form, control, and confidence. Classes emphasize stronger connections between skills, improved technique, and increased conditioning as athletes continue developing focus and discipline in their training.
Our highest recreational gymnastics level for athletes who are confident in their skills and eager for a challenge. Gymnasts work on advanced progressions, routines, and more intensive conditioning while continuing to develop strength, flexibility, and performance quality. This level encourages strong discipline, determination, and a deeper commitment to improving in the sport.
